On Strength Endurance days, we follow the same movements once every week for the duration of the programming month. Increasing sets and reps every week. Progressive overload.

Strength Heavy Week 3. Heavy weight, low volume 🛎 However, if you have minimal weight options- add a tempo to increase intensity.

One day each week, we’ve got intervals at Kettlebell Club. Short intervals with a short rest. A combination of stability & athletic movements 🌟

Finisher for today Kettlebell Club Strength Heavy work was 🥵🌶 The beginning of our work out consisted of heavy weights & low volume -However, we adapt rep ranges depending on the weight that you’ve got.

Not much have changed since. Still wearing hoodies, drinking ice drinks (is that an ice coffee im drinking at such a wee young age?!?), and enjoys staring deep into your soul. 😇
