Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve been active and athletic. I’ve done gymnastics, played basketball and rugby with school teams throughout middle and high school, and played Quidditch during college. Yes, quidditch is a real thing. Google or YouTube videos, and you’ll be entertained for hours!
With that said, fitness and health are two of the most important aspects of my life. I believe a regular fitness routine, cardio plus strength building, is crucial to our success and happiness. What are your fitness routines? How do you balance a healthy diet?
