This is one thing that I miss a lot about Asia, the easy access to a variety of vegetables. Sure there are farmer markets here and there, but it’s not daily, and it’s also not as accessible. “Wet markets” as we call them in Hong Kong, are so amazing, full of fresh fish, vegetables, meat, fruits and all kinds of food you need to get in order to cook up a healthy meal for the family.
We can exercise as much as we can, but if we aren’t on a healthy, fresh food diet, there’s only so much our health can improve.
Where are your favorite places in the world to get fresh foods?
I agree! Nothing beats wet markets in Asia :)))
Yeah! 🙂 Thanks for the comment!
