Healthy Eating: Oatmeal


I give my parents credit for this one. When I’m home in HK, we eat a giant bowl of oatmeal every morning with fruit as the sugar substitute. It’s tasty, it’ll fill you up and real good for health. Also, this is the way to go if you’re looking to lose a few pounds.

Easy to make and only takes about 5-10 minutes at max!
