life’s winning.

Sometimes life hits us all at the same time. And we don’t know how to deal with it. These next few days we will be getting our exam grades back, some will be happy, some will be disappointed. Some of us can pick ourselves back up easily and in a short period of time, and for some of us, it will take a while.

Besides grades, some of us are struggling socially. Maybe you’ve just transfered to a new school, getting use to the system and friends in the middle of the year is tough. Maybe you’re having problems with your friends. Relationship problems. It seems like many things are going on at this point in time. Or maybe you just feel awkward and out of it for no reason? Perhaps that’s me.

Whatever it is, Whatever you are struggling with, hang in there. This is only a short period of our life. We have a whole life waiting for us, to accept the challenge. Junior year is important, grades are important but those will not be important in the long term.

What is important is your friends, your peers. Talk to them, comfort them if they’re down, crack a stupid joke, and just be with them. No matter what plans I had, if a friend, a best friend needs me, I will be right by her side because it is one of the hardest things to watch a friend get hurt. Very hurt.

Hang in there, trust God to give you the strength.

“I have told you these things, so that you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world” – John 16:33

  1. You scared me for a sec there.. i thought you had a relationship problem! Sighs, I remember what you have here going through my head at one point during my Junior year. Junior year was tough, luckily you don’t have the JRP counted into your graduation requirement, but back then for me, I did! And you’re right, a lot of things happen in the middle of the year and you just gotta stand strong. Haha, I wonder why I’m saying this because that isn’t really me at times, but I just want to thank you for all the times you’ve been there for me even after what’s happened in the past. I never really thought we’d stay friends, because from the past, I haven’t with others. I think you know what I’m talking about and I don’t think I’ll need to clarify. Gdluck for the rest of your Junior year and work hard! Don’t slack off! because you need good grades like you said. Once more, thanks for being there. this longer than your comment? haha jkjk, I’m not trying to make it longer πŸ˜› night jojo!!! and get to sleep! your dad is behind you right now >
